We have added this section to our website to offer you guidance and information on the current coronavirus outbreak. We are working with various companies and agencies to keep a well balanced view and policy moving forward.

This page should answer all your questions, however if you need to contact us please do so via email as you will get a quicker response.

STAFF

We have set up a staff portal for our team to give them advise and regular updates on what they need to do should they have any concerns with the virus. They will get regular updates and notifications as we get them.
No one is being told they must work, the entire team are being informed to take advise from the NHS and follow instructions accordingly. Any staff that do stay off work we will let you know if this will impact on your business.

STOCK

Our delivery team is still operational, we en-devour to keep it this way until we are told not to. Every site will receive cleaning materials as usual. The date of delivery is not set in stone but we will get to you. Any concerns please email us. We have a good stock holding and our supply chain have given us no need to panic.

AUDITS

With the outbreak currently taking hold of the UK we are for the next four weeks suspending all Audits to avoid unnecessary contact. This will be reviewed after four weeks and we will update you then.

SITE CLOSURE & REDUCTION OF HOURS

We fully understand that people will react differently to the outbreak, if you do shut please do let us know straight away. We will need to inform the team and try to relocate them elsewhere. We will also work with you to get the site up and running as soon as possible. Communication is key so please do offer us any information you have. If your site is still open but wish to reduce the hours please contact us straight away. We have to have a consultation period with the team to discuss any reduction, they are contracted to hours and we need to be fair to the teams.

PRODUCT SUPPLY

We have seen buying patterns change in the past four weeks. We do hold a large amount of stock and toilet rolls, sprays, soaps and all the normal stuck is available.

We do however have a two- three week wait on Hand sanitizer gel and dispensers. If you have ordered from us we will get the order to you the day it comes in to us. We are simply at the mercy of the suppliers.

NATIONAL SHUT DOWN

In the event of a National shut down we fully understand that no one can help this outbreak. We will however still be trading selling our products and other services.

Our deep cleaning service will be in operation, please see the contact form on the website if you require information and a quote for your site.
